Mushrooms

Growing mushrooms – a quiet world full of life

I love mushrooms not only because they taste good, but because they are so unusual.

They live in a world of their own, developing quietly under soil, inside decaying wood, or among bundles of straw that seem to have lost their value. Some species like darkness while they grow, but need light to form fruiting bodies. Some appear only after rain, while others make you wait for months. The more I learn, the more mushrooms feel like a secret nature has never fully finished telling.
